This page provides registration information and registration form for the Eurographics 2019 main conference only. Please make sure that you register for the co-located events that you also wish to attend.
Note that the EG’2019 registration does not include an automatic registration to the Eurographics Association. You are advised to visit the EG membership page to become a member of EG and benefit from the mentioned reduced prices. For information purposes, the actual fees to join the EG association are: 80€ for senior memberships and 45€ for student ones.

Categories
Full Conference
Full Conference registration includes access to all main conference sessions and all tutorials. The fee also includes the conference digital proceedings, coffee breaks, conference lunches, Social Dinner ticket and Welcome Cocktail ticket.
Student
Student registration is a Full Conference registration at a discounted rate for students. A student is defined as a BSc, MSc or PhD student. To register as a student a copy of your student ID card or a letter confirming your PhD status (start and expected end date) written by your supervisor (e.g., who registered as a "Big Buddy", if this is the case) is required. Your student ID card or your PhD status has to be valid at the time of the conference. A scanned copy of student ID card or the letter (readable and in English) should be e-mailed to the Eurographics Registration Office: registration-eg2019@eg.org. Without this proof, the full registration fee will be charged.
Big Buddy
Big Buddy registration includes one Full Conference registration for a supervisor and two Student registrations. The supervisor must be EG member to get the reduced fee. For each student registration, a proof of PhD student status is required (see above). Without this proof, the full registration fee will be charged.

Welcome Cocktail and Social Dinner
It is possible to buy tickets for the Social Dinner and/or for the FFD session + Welcome Cocktail separately (e.g., for attendees registered to a co-located event or for an accompanying person).
- Ticket for the Fast Forward Session and Welcome Cocktail: 20€
- Ticket for the Social Dinner: 80€
The Fast Forward (FFD) session and the Welcome Cocktail will take place on Monday May 6, 2019 at the Conference Center Magazzini del Cotone. The Social Dinner will take place on Wednesday May 8, 2019 at Palazzo della Meridiana, belonging to the Palazzi dei Rolli system, a Unesco World Heritage site.
Terms and conditions for registration
Registered participants may cancel their registration until 31 March 2019. There is a cancellation fee of € 100. The rest of the registration fee will be refunded after the conference. There is no refund of registration fee for cancellations received after 31 March 2019. Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address and amount paid. If you need to cancel your registration, please inform the Registration Office immediately by e-mail: registration-eg2019@eg.org
If Eurographics 2019 has to be cancelled due to reasons that are beyond the power and control of Eurographics 2019 organizers (for example, outbreak of infectious diseases or acts of terrorism), participants are entitled to a partial refund of the registration fee only. In this case, the amount remaining after payment of all financial liabilities for Eurographics 2019 will be refunded proportionally to the registered participants.
